The file is saved in your file archive in the folder giftcertificate_templates with the filename giftcertificate_custom_template.pdf
The positions of the text fields are locked to the same placements as on our Dark and Light gift cards. See example here
Custom Dark means that the gift card will have a dark tone and will therefore be displayed with light text.
Custom Light means that the gift card will have a light tone and will therefore be displayed with dark text.
File information
Fallback solution for custom designs
If the system cannot find the specified file for your custom design (Custom), a default design will automatically be displayed. This ensures that a gift card can always be shown.

When selecting Custom Dark: If the file is missing, the default design Dark will be displayed.

When selecting Custom Light: If the file is missing, the default design Light will be displayed.
