Edit My Profile

Update My Profile by logging into admin >> Clicking on your name at the top right >> My Profile >> Edit details >> Save

*Fill in the correct contact details so that Abicart Customer Service can reach you when you submit a "Call Me" request via My Customer Service.

 

 

Select the correct customer type

Limited company = Select Company

Sole proprietorship = Select Private individual

*If you have the wrong customer type, you will receive an error message about the wrong postal code when you try to cancel the subscription with payment method card payment.

For example, if you have

"Private individual" (i.e. sole proprietorship)
